The end of November I would expect there to be snow, instead it was mildly cool and there was absolutely no wind…Clouds were out which is my perfect arrangement for shooting outdoors. This makes the best diffuser out there

Blake and Tara are really great friends of ours. They are going to be getting married next August in the Smokey Mountains (how lucky!) And seeing what Tara has planned so far it is going to be absolutely beautiful. They are having a very small and private ceremony so they asked one night by our bonfire if I would take their engagement photos in Lanseboro. Todd came with and I put him to work as my assistantIt was a blast shooting these two and you can see in the photos there was a lot of laughter going on. Lanesboro was gorgeous and this little town fit these two perfectly. It’s going to be a fun year of planning our weddings, Tara!!

My little guy is not so little anymore. He wants to wear Etnies and he doesn’t want to hold my hand crossing the street — well he hasn’t wanted to do that for awhile now. Sad! He wants to mow our lawn and he did a good job in the backyard yesterday. But I do know he still needs me when he falls off his scooter and when it’s time for me to tuck him in at night.The end of September he will be EIGHT. And still, I want that rock to arrive so I can put it on his head to stop him from growing ( something I tease him about all the time.) Here are a few from a new location for photo sessions I found. I am in love! There are two of the same image down below toward the end…One black and white and the other color. Which one do you like better? I can’t decide and need to order one for my wall!!
